HPS Investment Partners, now part of BlackRock, is hiring an Associate for its Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team in Atlanta, Georgia to support the PFS Private Equity and Secondaries platforms. The role focuses on monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance, creating and maintaining client and investor reporting, ensuring data accuracy across performance metrics and internal databases, and assisting with operational due diligence and coordination across investor relations, compliance, portfolio managers, and operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, 4-7 years of relevant portfolio analytics experience, strong knowledge of credit, financial markets, accounting, finance, and advanced Excel skills, with Python and SQL as a plus. The posting includes a salary range of USD 95,000 to 125,000, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare and retirement benefits, and a hybrid work model with at least four days per week in the office.
