HPS Investment Partners is hiring an Associate, Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (Private Credit) to monitor and analyze investment, portfolio, and fund performance; create client portfolio and investor reports; maintain performance and risk metrics; support operational due diligence; and coordinate with investor relations, compliance, portfolio managers, and operations. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years of portfolio analytics experience, strong credit and financial-market knowledge, accounting and finance expertise, and strong Excel skills, with Python and SQL knowledge preferred. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four office days and one work-from-home day per week.
