BlackRock’s Private Financing Solutions division is hiring an Associate for its Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team focused on the Private Equity platform. The role centers on monitoring and analyzing performance across investment, portfolio, and fund levels; producing client and investor reporting; maintaining data quality and performance metrics; supporting operational due diligence; and coordinating with investor relations, compliance, portfolio managers, and operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, 2–5 years of relevant portfolio analytics experience, strong accounting/finance knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and preferred Python and SQL knowledge. The role is based in a hybrid work model with at least four days in the office per week.
