The role oversees regional staff and business plans, develops new business, manages project delivery and financials, and reports to the regional and practice area leader. It is based in Dallas, Texas, with Monday–Thursday office work and Friday remote work, and requires 12+ years of BET design experience, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, PE registration, and 5+ years of management experience. The salary range is $115,448–$173,173 USD.
