Trinity Life Sciences is hiring an Associate Principal to lead high-impact analytics engagements for life sciences clients, serve as a key client contact, and guide teams through complex commercial analytics challenges across forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, data science, AI/ML, and real-world evidence. The role combines business development, proposal development, project delivery, client relationship management, team leadership, and internal collaboration to support account growth and the scaling of analytics capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 7–9 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with AI, LLMs, and life sciences data. The base salary is $156,000–$234,000 per year, with an annual discretionary performance bonus.
