OCC is hiring an Associate Principal, AI Engineering to design and deliver agentic AI systems end-to-end, including agent orchestration, tool and context integration, evaluation pipelines, AWS infrastructure, AI risk safeguards, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. The role mentors junior engineers, contributes to engineering standards, and requires strong Python, SQL, distributed systems, API design, LLM application experience, and AWS familiarity. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a base salary range of $127,900 to $176,800.
