Description
Flex is hiring an Associate Principal Engineer, Systems Architecture in Austin, Texas, to lead systems architecture for AI infrastructure platforms and integrated power, cooling, compute, controls, software, networking, and facility systems. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the role owns requirements, interface controls, trade studies, technical risk, integration, verification and validation, prototype builds, qualification testing, and manufacturing readiness, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, 10+ years of experience in systems architecture or complex product development, and strong cross-functional leadership and technical communication skills.
