HDR is hiring an Associate Principal, Interiors to lead interior design projects from programming through construction administration, collaborate across disciplines and regional offices, present and document design concepts, develop professional networks, pursue new business, mentor talent, and support project excellence. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, active interior design certification or registered architect status, at least 12 years of relevant design-firm experience, Microsoft Office, Revit, and Bluebeam skills, along with leadership, collaboration, communication, and an active employee-owned culture commitment.
