BD is hiring an Associate Principal Software Engineer to serve as the Platform Technology Architect for Software & Connectivity across its UCC product portfolio. The role owns the multi-generation software and connectivity capability roadmap, establishes reusable architecture and platform standards, guides technology and security decisions, and partners with engineering, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, human factors, and program teams. The position requires a technical degree and 10+ years of experience in embedded or medical device software, regulated product development, or software-enabled electromechanical systems, with a stated annual salary of $159,000 to $254,400 USD.
