AustralianSuper is hiring an Associate, Private Equity (Pre-MBA Fixed-Term) to join its New York office for a two-year developmental program beginning in August 2027. The role supports the evaluation of private equity fund commitments and co-investments, deal execution, fund and portfolio monitoring, quarterly performance analysis, and investment decision-making. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of investment banking or similar financial services experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and excellent research and communication abilities. The position offers a compensation range of $220,000 to $260,000 for full-time hours in New York City, with health insurance and a blended work environment.
