Description
AECOM is hiring an Associate Process Engineer for its Water Team in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, or Inverness, Scotland. The role develops and checks water treatment process designs, including flow diagrams, mass balances, PIDs, process and control philosophies, FDS documents, asset surveys, and site visits; reviews client deliverables; mentors junior staff; and represents AECOM in technical meetings. The position requires a Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent, Chartered Engineer status with IChemE or CIWEM, extensive water treatment and large-scale engineering project experience, and experience leading feasibility, optioneering, and detailed design. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model and part-time or flexible working arrangements may be discussed.
