Description
AECOM is hiring an Associate Process Engineer for its Water Team in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, or Inverness, Scotland, with a flexible hybrid working model. The role develops and checks process flow diagrams, mass balances, PIDs, process and control philosophies, FDS documents, and related water-treatment engineering deliverables; conducts asset surveys and site visits; reviews client work; mentors junior staff; and represents AECOM in technical meetings. Applicants need a Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent, Chartered Engineer status with IChemE or CIWEM, extensive water-treatment project delivery, process design and optimisation, feasibility and detailed design experience, and knowledge of HAZOP procedures.
