Axolabs is hiring a Manufacturing Process Scientist to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RNA therapies, analyze process data, resolve technical issues through root-cause analysis and CAPA, support transfers from development to GMP production, and support scale-up through commercial manufacturing. The role requires a scientific or technical university degree, initial practical experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or applied research, knowledge of oligonucleotide chemistry and solid-phase synthesis, analytical and data-driven skills, basic GMP and GDP knowledge, and very good English. The position is based in one of the company’s international locations and includes permanent employment, mentoring, pension, annual leave, and relocation assistance.
