Description
The Associate Process Engineer supports plant operations and process validation by improving manufacturing processes, completing simulations and optimization studies, monitoring process performance, analyzing data, preparing SOPs, supporting equipment installation and operational qualifications, troubleshooting operations, investigating deviations, and implementing CAPA. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutics, industrial pharmacy, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and 0–3 years of relevant experience. The annual salary is $65,000 to $80,000, with a short-term incentive opportunity and health and retirement benefits.
