Description

Oscar is hiring a Process Improvement Associate for its Network Operations team to lead cross-functional process improvement projects, analyze data and metrics, manage project governance, support change management and risk mitigation, and mentor team members. The role reports to the Director, Network Ops Governance & Oversight and is fully remote for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, with potential future hybrid work at the associated metro-area hub. The base salary is $87,188 to $114,434 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures
2+ years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints methodologies
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
