Oscar is hiring a Process Improvement Associate for its Network Operations team to lead cross-functional process improvement projects, manage project plans and governance, analyze data and metrics, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support change management. The role reports to the Director, Network Ops Governance & Oversight, is based in the New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week, and offers a base salary of $96,876 to $127,149 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures
2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
