Description
The Associate Process Manager – MIS will own end-to-end management reporting, governance dashboards, business metrics consolidation, data validation, automation, and management reporting. The role collaborates with Operations, HR, Workforce Management, Transitions, Finance, and other support functions to consolidate and analyze data, track business performance, identify reporting risks, prepare executive reports, and improve reporting processes. It requires strong MIS and reporting experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and data-automation skills, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and attention to data accuracy.
