Oscar is hiring an Associate, Process Optimization for its Eligibility and Billing team. The role leads cross-functional process improvement projects, manages requirements, project plans, governance, data analysis, risk mitigation, change management, and operational workflows, and reports to the Senior Manager, Process Improvement. It is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week, and offers a base salary of $87,188 to $114,434 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures
2+ years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints methodologies
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
Working knowledge of Enrollment and Billing
