Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement process at the local level, manage supplier relationships and spend, lead procurement transformation and improvement initiatives, and provide strategic direction and governance. The role reports to the Procurement Director (MEA), leads individuals within the procurement function, and supports sustainability and BBBEE procurement requirements. It requires a bachelor’s degree, significant strategic sourcing and procurement transformation experience, at least seven years of procurement management experience, two years of people leadership experience, and knowledge of procurement systems and the procure-to-pay process.
