Description
The Associate Producer – Content will support the ongoing development of a game in early access by coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing content deliverables such as levels, assets, and missions, improving production pipelines, prioritizing work, tracking progress, removing blockers, and managing risks. The role also communicates project goals and status across teams, supports team leads and directors, and fosters a cohesive work environment. It requires relevant production or project-management experience, especially in video games, along with knowledge of development processes, interdependencies, Agile or Scrum/Kanban methods, and JIRA or similar tools. The position is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid schedule of two office days per week.
