The Hartford is hiring for the Product LDP - EM08HE, an eighteen-month talent development program for high-performing students. The program provides rotation assignments, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and development in product development, state product management, business intelligence, performance analytics, data analysis, and presentation skills, with exposure to personal lines and small commercial. Candidates must expect to graduate in May or June 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business field and a 3.2 or higher GPA, along with leadership experience, analytical thinking, communication, and team skills. The role is hybrid in Hartford, Connecticut, with three days in the office, and has an anticipated start date of July 20, 2027, with an annualized base pay range of $60,000 to $90,000.
