Kautex is hiring a Technical Project Lead Engineer to lead small- to medium-complexity projects from system concept through mass production. The role covers product development, requirements and risk management, customer specifications, cost and timing targets, technical liaison work, product testing, launch support, and customer audits. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, and fluent English; blow molding or injection molding product design knowledge is a strong plus.
