Description
First Resonance is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the adoption and onboarding experience for new customers. The role owns specific product modules, translates customer needs into functional requirements, prioritizes engineering backlogs, collaborates with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales, and uses data and user feedback to improve launched features. The position requires 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role involving the manufacturing floor, along with customer empathy, execution, analytical, communication, and product-management growth skills.
