Description
The Associate Product Manager will help turn product vision into requirements, documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and evaluation criteria for an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform. The role works with engineers, customers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable product plans, while building expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning, and talent management. It is a full-time onsite position in Noida and seeks a candidate with at least three years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation, or customer success, ideally in HR technology, LMS, or talent platforms, along with strong communication, structured problem-solving, and daily hands-on use of AI tools.
