Description
The Associate Product Manager will support the discovery, development, and delivery of a lottery platform and gaming experiences by improving operator workflows, player support journeys, back-office tools, automation, and operational processes. The role partners with Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, QA, Design, and other business teams; translates business needs into product requirements; manages user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and Agile ceremonies; and uses data and customer insights to validate solutions and measure impact. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant product or business-analysis experience, post-secondary education in a relevant field, strong analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency.
