GlassDollar is hiring a full-time, Berlin-based Associate Product Owner to translate validated product opportunities into scoped, sequenced, and estimable work. The role owns specifications, acceptance criteria, dependencies, backlog grooming, prioritization, release coordination, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on deep customer integrations, REST APIs and MCP servers, embedded AI, and workflow automation. Candidates need at least three years of product-company experience writing tickets, technical understanding of data models and API contracts, strong writing and design skills, and fluency with AI tooling; the position is a mid-to-senior individual contributor with no remote option.
