Description
Lument is seeking an Associate to work alongside a seasoned professional on a substantial volume of multifamily, affordable, MHC, and commercial real estate financing opportunities. The role performs loan analysis and underwriting, prepares lender submission packages, coordinates due diligence and third-party vendors, supports credit request presentations and loan closings, and applies commercial real estate underwriting and Lument CM policies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and offers an annual base salary of $90,000–$115,000 in New Jersey and New York, with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office.
