Flex is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production processes and lines in a technical manufacturing environment. The role supervises engineers and operators, troubleshoots operational problems, improves quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness, supports process development and budget planning, and ensures compliance with manufacturing standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least three years of operations experience, works 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with possible overtime, and offers a base salary of $73,900 to $101,600 annually.
