Flex is hiring an Associate Production Supervisor in Milpitas, California, to direct manufacturing operations across one or more production lines during the 2 pm–11 pm PST Monday–Friday shift. The role leads production performance, quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness; troubleshoots operational issues; coaches operators; supports process development and cost improvement; coordinates with maintenance and project teams; and helps manage schedules, budgets, and manufacturing standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least three years of operations experience, offers a base salary of $73,900 to $101,600 annually, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
