Description
Flex is hiring an Associate Production Supervisor in Guadalajara, South Campus to oversee manufacturing operations across one or more production lines. The role manages production performance, quality, cost, delivery, schedules, equipment efficiency, materials, safety, compliance, process development, and team coaching, while serving as a technical and operational interface with project and maintenance teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS or equivalent work experience, prior production-supervision and leadership experience, and familiarity with electronic manufacturing, production control systems, assembly processes, and BAAN/SAP.
