Description
Flex is hiring an Associate Production Supervisor in Guadalajara, North Campus to oversee manufacturing operations across one or more production lines. The role reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for meeting volume, quality, cost, delivery, and customer requirements; troubleshooting operations; coaching operators; developing process and cost-improvement projects; coordinating with maintenance and project teams; and maintaining safe, compliant work environments. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent, prior production-supervision and leadership experience, electronic-manufacturing experience, knowledge of production control and electronics standards, floor-shop and BAAN or SAP experience, and mandatory SMT-process knowledge.
