Bryant & Stratton College is hiring a full-time Associate Professor to teach clinical and theory courses in its Nursing Program at the Richmond - Chesterfield Campus. The role includes skills assistance, tutoring, curriculum development, student retention initiatives, professional development, committee participation, and travel to clinical sites. Applicants must hold an MS-Nursing and a current unencumbered Virginia RN license, have at least two years of direct client care experience as a registered nurse, and demonstrate commitment to professional development and student success. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
