Description
The employer is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to design, develop, and evaluate learning and development programs. The role involves creating interactive digital learning content, applying adult learning and instructional design principles, using ADDIE and SAM models, conducting program evaluations, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, managing projects independently, and supporting continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation within a large corporate environment, and proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
