Description
The Residential Treatment Program Manager oversees a residential treatment site and its staff, including Residential Treatment Assistants. Responsibilities include supervising program operations, recruiting and orienting staff, monitoring resident care and safety, coordinating medical and social services, supporting community integration, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The role requires a master's degree in a behavioral health discipline, at least three years of behavioral health treatment experience, a driver's license and vehicle, and the ability to use approved physical restraint techniques.
