Morgan Stanley is hiring an Associate, Legal & Compliance, for its U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk Program Governance and Execution team. The role supports governance, oversight, metrics reporting, tolerance scorecards, concentration risk, annual operational risk and compliance plans, risk committee activities, stakeholder relationships, and transformation projects. It also involves using AI prompts, Copilot-enabled solutions, workflow automation, AI agents, and knowledge management tools to improve risk management processes. The position is currently temporary and will transition to 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, Texas, with in-person interviews required. A bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of risk management or related experience, banking regulation knowledge, advanced Office Suite skills, and hands-on experience with AI and automation tools are required. Expected base pay is $85,000–$115,000 per year.
