Fisica Inc. is hiring an Associate, Program Manager for its Space Vector business unit in Simi Valley, California, on a 100% onsite 9/80 schedule. The role leads production and sustainment programs across the aerospace, defense, and national security sectors; manages cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, proposals, contracts, budgets, and milestones; and supports major capture and proposal efforts. The position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, with an active Secret clearance preferred, and accepts a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. The salary range is $70,500–$129,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
