Description
Hippo is hiring an Associate Program Manager to support the underwriting operations of Spinnaker's Partner Programs business across Morristown, New Jersey; Dallas, Texas; and Austin, Texas. Reporting to the VP of Program Underwriting, the role handles state filings, deal-term accuracy, renewals, reinsurer and treaty reporting, account reconciliations, claims and IBNR reporting, audit support, contract administration, and new-business data gathering. The position requires at least three years of property and casualty insurance experience in underwriting, operations, or compliance support, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The Morristown base pay range is $85,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
