Description
The Associate Program Manager supports the daily operations of group captive insurance programs by assisting with captive management, underwriting information flow, proposal production, broker and member relationships, board meetings, documentation, renewals, premium collection, and financial reconciliation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least one year of property and casualty insurance experience, preferably with captive-program exposure, along with strong organizational, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills. Minimal to no travel is required, and the target annual salary is $96,900.00–$97,000.00.
