Description
Airobotics is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the execution of complex, multidisciplinary programs involving autonomous aerial systems and counter-drone technologies. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role owns defined workstreams, coordinates cross-functional delivery across R&D, operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance, manages procurement and hardware readiness, supports system rollouts and client implementations, tracks risks and action items, and facilitates meetings and field activities. Prior project management experience is not required, but candidates should have strong initiative, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to learn technical systems quickly; defense-sector, UAS, integration, procurement, or supply-chain experience is advantageous.
