Ochsner is hiring a Project Manager, Change Management, and Process Improvement Specialist to lead strategic projects through the full project lifecycle, manage project progress and success, develop stakeholder communication strategies, and serve as an instructor and coach for Ochsner leaders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of relevant experience including project management, change management, process improvement, or healthcare experience, or three years of relevant experience with a master’s degree. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, CAPM or equivalent certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, five years of RN experience, Microsoft 365, and data analytics knowledge.
