Textron Systems is hiring an Associate Program Master Scheduler in Wilmington, Massachusetts to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for weapons systems programs. The role works with program management, engineering, supply chain, and operations to manage engineering development and production schedules, establish baselines, analyze earned-value variances, resolve scheduling issues, monitor operational health metrics, and improve planning processes. Candidates need 0–3 years of scheduling experience, familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Deltek OpenPlan, advanced scheduling knowledge, schedule performance reporting, risk analysis, and a Secret-level security clearance; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
