Savills is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile estate transformation programme for a public sector client. The role coordinates multiple workstreams and stakeholders, oversees programme governance, budget management, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting, and supports property rationalisation, staff relocation, feasibility studies, estate optimisation, and property disposals. It is primarily based in Gloucestershire and requires on-site attendance of up to four days per week.
