Helsing is hiring an Associate Programme Manager for its Land domain to own defined programme workstreams from planning through delivery, manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, maintain tracking tools and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional capabilities, and contribute to programme management improvement. The role requires defence, aerospace, automotive, or engineering delivery experience, structured project management skills, fluent English and German, regular travel, and eligibility for national security clearance.
