Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to gather and document business and technical requirements, support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, develop functional specifications and test plans, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate integrations and enhancements, and provide user guidance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of relevant experience, with aerospace, enterprise systems, Agile, and data-management experience preferred. It is a union-represented position in the Wichita, Kansas area with a summary pay range of $80,350 to $123,150.
