Description
Labcorp is hiring a remote Associate Project Analyst / Billing Client Service professional to resolve billing issues, investigate patient billing, review invoices, support billing projects and account startups, participate in AR and bad-debt initiatives, conduct billing audits, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of billing customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, analysis, or similar project-oriented experience, with 10–15% travel to Chicago, Illinois, and client sites. Healthcare or RCM billing experience, sales or client-facing experience, and knowledge of Labcorp systems are preferred. The position pays $28–$30 per hour and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
