Description
The Associate Project Director (MEP) will lead MEP services on a large-scale construction project in Nottingham, from tender through practical completion. The role owns programme, health and safety, quality, commissioning, risk, procurement, contracts, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and delivery of profitable outcomes, while managing technical and construction teams and supporting commercial activities. It requires advanced knowledge of engineering systems, construction sequencing, planning, safety, quality assurance, and commissioning, and offers part-time, flexible, or hybrid working options.
