The role involves domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts, and legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad. The position requires an Italian Law Degree, a current Italian law license, three years of qualifying experience in the field, C1 English, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
