Description
ABB is hiring a DCS Engineer for its Process Automation Business in Bangalore. The role reports to an Engineering Manager and involves designing and executing DCS engineering activities for low- to medium-complexity service projects, preparing proposals, analyzing customer requirements, creating work plans and cost estimates, assessing risks, and supporting testing, installation, and commissioning. The position requires instrumentation or electronics and communications education, extensive process and safety-system experience, knowledge of process and safety systems, IEC and NORSOK standards, brownfield DCS work, and UNIX, Windows, and .NET; ABB systems experience is an added advantage. The work model is hybrid.
