Performance Contracting Group is hiring an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its Memphis-142 operations in Memphis, Tennessee. The role supports construction project management and estimating through safety meetings, punch lists, quality control, RFIs, submittals, labor control, material takeoffs, job scheduling, warranties, and material coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or comparable experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to read specifications and drawings, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000–$75,600 plus a non-guaranteed annualized bonus, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
