Veolia is hiring a Project Engineering Associate to support engineering and technical services and construction management for the Veolia Water Long Island Nassau County Project, including three wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewers, lift stations, and safety-related projects. The role coordinates contractors and client teams, prepares engineering studies and cost estimates, reviews plans and specifications, conducts onsite inspections, and oversees construction and performance tests. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of water/wastewater or public works experience, and knowledge of construction, wastewater treatment, and project management. The position is based in an office with periodic exposure to treatment facilities and outdoor conditions, and pays $105,000 to $106,000 per year.
